Initially as part of the RFP response
process, clients have to submit their technical and then
commercial Offset proposals. According to DPP 2008, the
Offset Technical proposal should provide a breakdown of the
Offset projects, intended Indian Offset partners and broad
activities to be performed.
Assist the client to identify suitable Indian Offset
partners and work with them to develop the Offset project
details and establish the required collaboration documents
MOU, teaming arrangements or otherwise. This requires a
level of due-diligence on behalf of the client and also
requires identification of areas of activities that the
client is able to place in India.
Provide Offset projects to its clients to fulfil existing
and future Offset needs, for submission to the Indian MoD.
